Aura Aesthetics – Terms and Conditions

 

Please read and ensure you fully understand the Terms and Conditions outlined below before booking a consultation, appointment, or procedure at Aura Aesthetics. These terms are subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice.

1. Consultation

 

Consultations at Aura Aesthetics require a booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. If your practitioner deems you unsuitable for a treatment, your booking fee will be refunded. A consultation costs £20, which is also deductible from your treatment cost.

2. Booking Fee

 

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your spot. The booking fee is set at £20.

If payment is not received, your appointment will not be booked, and we will assume you no longer wish to proceed. Any attempts to withdraw the payment may result in legal action.

3. Cancellation Policy

 

In the event of a cancellation, your booking fee is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, we kindly request 48 hours' notice. You are allowed to reschedule once using the same booking fee. If a second reschedule is necessary, a new booking fee will be required.

4. Lateness Policy

 

Your well-being is important to us, and we understand that delays can occur. However, late arrivals may disrupt our schedule. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be carried out, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

5. No Shows

 

If you miss your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your booking fee and will need to pay a new booking fee for the next appointment. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting us, future appointments may be restricted.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as pandemics or natural disasters, booking fees are non-refundable. A new appointment date will be offered when it is safe to do so. Please contact us during clinic hours for any cancellations or rearrangements.

6. Treatment Suitability and Results

 

Our doctor and practitioners will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you before proceeding. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unlikely to yield the desired results. Individual results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

You are expected to follow any pre-treatment instructions, and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your treatment. If treatment is deemed unsuitable, or you change your mind, the booking fee will be forfeited.

7. Children

 

If you bring a child to your appointment, please ensure that you are accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child during the treatment. Children under the age of 16 must not be left unattended within the clinic at any time. If no chaperone is provided, treatment may be cancelled.

8. Liability

 

Aura Aesthetics is not liable for any economic loss or consequential damages related to the services we provide. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical details and history before each treatment. We will not be held liable for any complications resulting from your failure to disclose such information.

Follow all aftercare instructions provided by Aura Aesthetics. If corrective treatment is needed, it will be carried out at a follow-up appointment. We are not responsible for any claims following your treatment.

9. Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

  • An in house prescriber form is required for your first anti-wrinkle treatment and every 6 months thereafter.

  • Any queries regarding anti-wrinkle treatments must be made within 2 weeks of your review appointment. Any queries made after this time may incur an additional charge.

10. Age Requirement

 

All clients must be 18 years or older at the time of treatment. We will ask for valid ID before proceeding with any treatment. If you cannot provide ID when requested, the treatment will not proceed, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

11. Gift Cards and Vouchers

 

Gift cards and vouchers can be used for treatments, products, and packages at Aura Aesthetics. These cards are transferable but are not redeemable for cash. Ensure you use them within the validity period stated on the card.

12. Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We do not offer refunds for treatments or products provided in good faith. However, we may consider a refund at our discretion if the situation justifies it.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or threatening behaviour towards clients, staff, or the public. Violating this policy may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and you will not be refunded any fees.

13. Review Appointments

 

Certain treatments require a follow-up appointment, typically within 2 to 3 weeks. If this follow-up is not booked within the required time frame, an additional fee may apply.

14. Your Right to Complain

15. Complications or Emergency

 

In the event of a complication, please note that Aura Aesthetics is not open 24 hours a day. It is your responsibility to seek medical assistance or return to the clinic if necessary. We advise seeking help immediately should an emergency arise.
